I have known Jordan Power of Powerhouse for 8 years. He has been the project manager on some of my projects and a subcontractor on others. In the course of the 8 years I have known him he has constructed 7 self storage buildings, totaling 65,000 S.F. I have found him to be honest, reliable and a stickler for quality. In addition to this he has a trait which is lacking in most of the current construction industry in that if he says he will have the project completed in a certain time frame, it will be completed in that time frame. I would highly recommend Jordan, his company, and his employees which have been with him for several years.
